Continuing Education Credits (CE Credits): 25 CE Credits are available for MFT's, LCSW's, and RN's. Meridian is an approved Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) provider, number PCE 1391, a Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) provider, number CEP 14996.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing (by fax, email or postal mail) before September 14th, 2012 in order to receive a refund. Cancellations received before September 14th, 2012 will be charged a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received after September 14th, 2012 are non-refundable.
Registration Transfer: If you have registered for this event but cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Simply mail in the personal registration information about this person. The transfer will be processed without charge.
