To cancel this Enrollment Agreement and obtain a refund, the student must provide written notice to:Student Services TeamMeridian University2450 Colorado Avenue, Suite 100ESanta Monica, CA 90404Or EMAIL: academicrecords@meridianuniversity.eduIf the student is entitled to a refund, the refund will be mailed within 45 days. However, if the student owes monies, the refund amount will first be applied towards any outstanding financial aid debts following the Return of Title IV Funds policy or Meridian University, whichever is applicable. For the purpose of determining a refund under this section, students shall be deemed to have withdrawn from a program of instruction when any of the following occurs:
- The student notifies the school, in writing, of the student’s withdrawal. (See Refundable Tuition Policy below.)
- The school terminates the student’s enrollment for failure to maintain satisfactory progress; failure to abide by the rules and regulations of the school; absences in excess of maximum set forth by the school; and/or failure to meet financial obligations to the school. (See the Student Handbook for a full description of Administrative Withdrawal.)
- The student fails to return from a Leave of Absence.
