Students and Alumni can request official transcripts at any time. All transcripts issued by Meridian adhere to the Family Education Rights and Privileges Act (FERPA).
Transcript requests are processed through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Follow the remaining prompts on the screen entering your relevant information when prompted.
Please allow up to 3-7 business days for processing.
To request an enrollment verification, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not the student or alumnus that attended Meridian, please include a signed release form from the student.
If applicable, any additional documentation can be attached for our Academic Records department to sign.
Requests must be in writing and contain a signed release from the alumnus, or your request cannot be processed.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
