The ceremony will be an outdoor gathering where graduates will receive their diplomas. Family and friends are welcome to join in the celebration. Light refreshments will be provided at a reception after the ceremony.

If you will be driving, you may park in the 10-hour meters on Pennsylvania Avenue. The meters cost a dollar per hour and take coins, debit/credit cards, and Apple Pay.
Public transportation and rideshare services are also options, the yellow metro line station 26th St/Bergamot is located across the street from campus.

Santa Monica offers a range of accommodations, from beachfront hotels to centrally located options and budget-friendly choices. These may all be found within a short rideshare, metro ride, or drive from campus.
The ceremony will be held outdoors on grass. The dress code for the ceremony is business casual attire, and comfortable shoes are recommended.
Students may invite up to 4 guests. Depending on availability, additional ticket requests may be considered after the initial deadline. University faculty, alumni and students are also invited and will need to RSVP ahead of the event.
Graduates will be required to check in 30-minutes prior to the start of the ceremony in the Campus Library. This will be a time of reflection and preparation for the graduates.
There will be multimedia coverage of the event for the University marketing and archival purposes. Meridian University does not provide individual graduate portraits at the event, but guests are welcome to take photos and videos.
The following items are prohibited on campus: weapons of any kind, alcohol or illegal substances, air horns, drones, and pets (with the exception of service animals).
