Terms of Service for Meridian University Services App and Dwolla Integration

If you register to create an account to receive payments via Meridian’s Services App, you expressly authorize Meridian University‘s service provider, Dwolla, Inc. to originate credit transfers to your financial institution account. You must be at least 13 years old and obtain parental permission if under 18 to receive funds. You authorize us to collect and share with Dwolla your personal information including full name, email address and financial information, and you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that data. As part of the Terms of Service, you must not share your Services App password under any circumstances. Safeguarding this password is mandatory to protect your personal, academic, and financial information stored within the app. Your compliance with this requirement is crucial to prevent unauthorized access and maintain confidentiality.

Students are responsible for entering ACH information correctly and is vital for a prompt credit balance refund. Upon notification of a returned ACH payment or bank account error, students are promptly informed and guided to rectify their banking information for efficient fund reprocessing.

Your use of Meridian University's Services App in conjunction with Dwolla signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we advise against using our application for payment services.
