Educating Developmental Practitioners
Melissa Schwartz, PhD
In this clip recorded at the University's Los Angeles Campus, Meridian Chief Academic Officer Melissa Schwartz, PhD, describes how the
University's programs use transformative learning to educate developmental
practitioners: professionals who facilitate the development of whole persons
and whole systems, from individuals and teams to organizations and
communities.
“Going to school at Meridian has truly been transformative. I feel as if I am growing into myself. I feel as if I have the support and education that I need to work toward … a profession that I’m passionate about.”
